Supporting the Wellbeing of School Leaders
The NSW Secondary Principals’ Council is proud to support the 2025 Australian School Leader Health & Wellbeing Survey, led by the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education (IPPE) at the Australian Catholic University.
This nationally recognised research plays a vital role in understanding the challenges and opportunities facing school leaders today. By participating, principals and school leaders contribute to robust evidence that informs policymakers and helps shape healthier, more supportive school environments across Australia.
Survey participants receive a confidential personalised wellbeing report, offering valuable insights to track progress over time and compare results with peers and the wider population.
The SPC is committed to strengthening leadership wellbeing and is pleased to be part of this important initiative alongside our education partners.
