SUMMARY:Evidence Based Strategic Planning for Leaders: Beyond compliance to transformation
DESCRIPTION:The Secondary Principals’ Council is partnering with Incept Labs to enable principals to join with members of their school planning team in a two day professional learning event that is focused on the development of an authentic and evidence based 2018 – 2020 school strategic plan. Incept Labs have worked with SPC before\, have experience in a wide range of educational settings and are currently being used by public schools in Sydney to help guide evidence based transformational change. The days are a combination of learning and practical application that moves planning beyond compliance into school driven transformation. Importantly\, the aim is for teams to emerge from the two days with an outline of their 2018 – 2020 strategic plan.
